Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges for the scheduled service. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or the rescheduling of your appointment (charges will apply). For Spa packages we require 48 hours notice.
